Refund not paid ref ***

Reference *** that's my reference with zando.i made a purchase beginning of january 2020 which the order was cancelled due to that I forgot to enter the ref number when making payment and the items were then out of stock.i requested for a refund which I am still waiting for till this day.they keep sending me from pillar to post with no success.I've sent several of the same bank statement which they requested in order to refund my money.they say it's up to 5days but this is the 2nd month in waiting.i really want my hard earned money.they keep saying finance is working on it.this is not fair to me.and I'll never use them or recommend to family and friends
