Refund & Exchange

<p>I am a frequent online shopper but was recently pretty blown away by the Zando service. I ordered a pair of shoes as well as a shirt. While I did not like the shirt much, I fell in love with the shoes - unfortunately wrong size. </p> <p> </p> <p>Called the Zando guys and asked for a partial return and partial exchange - parcel was picked up within 2 days and on the 4th day I had both - new pair of shoes in the right size and the refund for my shirt back in my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done guys! </p>
