Refund and Bad Service on Returns for Credit

I placed an order in July and part of that order has to this day not been delivered. I have repeatedly tried to send a query regarding this with no answer besides something automated. I have tried to cancel the order and have had no responce to that. Funny though I have placed new orders and those have been delivered no problem but the orders I have sent back have had no responce about those either. And off course you cannot phone them as they are not taking any calls. I am just wanting my refund done..Zando service is now shocking and Covid 19 is being used as an excuse
