REFUND

Zando is full of nonsense i order i order two pairs of sneakers on the 1st of December 2019 and i made an EFT payment immidietly and they did not deliver.when i called on Monday and ask how far is my order as i never received any comunnication as how far is my order they told me that maybe they will deliver on thursday.i ask the call centre agent to cancel my order and she told me that i will receive my refund today but nothing yet. i called again he call centre today and spoke to Carla Dendrink reference number is *** she advoice that the refund was mnever processed and i was on line for 15 minutes before i can speak to a consultant I WANT MY REFUND NOW I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN ORDER ON ZANDO BAD COMPANY BAD WORKERS ALSO I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT
