Refund

After waiting almost 4 weeks for an item to be delivered and sending numerous complaints and a cancelation on the so-called automated webpage to which you get no response. I am still waiting to hear from Zando and still waiting for the credit. And of course they are not taking telephone calls. I cannot send any more emails as I just keep getting a "this is duplicate request"
