Recieved incorrect size

I ordered stocl from Zando and after receiving the 2nd order and inspecting the products I noticed a pair of jean I ordered was the incorrect size. I sent an email on the 4th of December to find out a solution to this issue. After not receiving a response I sent another email on the 6th. This was to the customer complaints department. Yesterday I sent an email to the services department but up until today nobody has even contacted me i cannot wear a size 36 jeans when I ordered a 30. I even included pictures but still no response. I am very disappointed with this service from Zando as I normally hear good things about them.
