READ REVIEWS FIRST

Placed an order on the 10th of Sept, and stupid me, trusted Zando to be like Takealot and deliver when promised... only to find out that they deliver absolutely NO customer service! Phoned on the 13th and was promised to be phoned back once they heard from the dispatch dept. Until today i have received no feedback and my order status has been showing "item shipped" since the 13th.
