RE refund from Zando

I bought clothes on Zando on the 15th of September 2020 order no *** I returned them because they didn't fit well. Zando and Jumia promised to refund me since 10th October 2020 I've been waiting for the refund. I've sent them emails and sent bank statements for proof that I did not get my refund.
