Quick to take your money but not quick to refund

<p>I placed an order with Zando got a delivery within 2 days. I contacted them immediately to let them know the order was too big and wanted a refund - 4 days later they collected the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 weeks later I am still waiting for the funds to go back into my account, and everytime I phone they tell me my query has been escalated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Will NEVER order from Zando again if that is how they treat their customers</p>
