Promises Promises Promises

I am a First time user of Zando. I ordered A present online and payed extra for express delivery to have the parcel delivered at a certain time. When phoning the next day to confirm my order I was promised that I will receive the parcel within the next two days. The second day I called again to follow up on the order and was met by an extremely rude lady that kept on interrupting me and had no interest in helping me as I asked her 5 times if i can't pick up my parcel myself. Later that day I Phoned again and that consultant offered that i can pick up the parcel without me even asking, where after we found out it is now to late as the workshop closed in the time they kept me waiting for an address. I spoke to a supervisor which was not much help, as he did not apologize for THEIR rudeness and mistakes. We changed delivery address to recipient of the gift and was yet again promised by the Supervisor that the parcel will be delivered a certain time. Just to be sure I called again just to be promised yet again that the parcel will be delivered the next day, the following day i got a call saying they will only deliver within a week, without refunding my express delivery payment.
