Product delivered to builders next door!!!

Absolutely shocking service!! I ordered a pair of boots last Wednesday, got updates up until Friday saying my package is with the courier. By Tuesday I still had no boots and called to inquire where they were as I had received a delivery sms and email. Was told I had my delivery but obviously I wouldn't phone if I had them. <br> I later managed to find out my package was delivered to the house next door to me into the hands of some builders who had never met me and yet they were authorized to sign and take possession of my package??? I am appalled at the courier for doing this and I will not use Zando because of this reason. What is the point of a signature if any old tom or harry can sign for my things when they don't even know me? This is unacceptable service when I have paid for a product and service! The boots were handed over from person to person before I received them. I am highly disgruntled and would never suggest Zando or their couriers to ANYONE!
