<p>Hi there, so this is the first time I am actually writing a review and what encouraged me to do so are the previous negative comments on Zando. </p> <p>I am shopping with Zando since more than 3 years now - so you can definitely call me a loyal customer. During those past years I have actually never had a bad experience. Of course, I had to exchange some products as the size was not right, but that is kind of the idea of shopping online. I find their return process easier than other online websites and also the delivery was always speedy (living in Somerset West, delivery usually takes 1 or 2 days). </p> <p> Long story short - thumbs up for Zando!</p>
