Poor yet again

After numerous bad experiences I still shop at Zando. I placed an order on the 31st of August and then Friday I received a call saying the package is in PE although I stated Durban. According to other Zando employees and Dsv employees the package should of been delivered to me on Friday. Fast forward to today I receive another story saying that everything is inline and making seem there was no delay and mix up basically saying the delivery takes 8 to 10 days. Every Zando employee gives you different story and it's always that Zando is right. Now I understand why the prices are much lower than other to make up for the poor service and don't care attitude.
