Poor services=

I've shopped at Zando a few times with no problem until recently when I mistakenly swapped 8 and 9 on the reference during an EFT payment.

I have tried calling in, sending emails but with no response but request numbers that can't be followed up on as the phones are not answered. Request #740242 and #728002 are some of the numbers I've received.

I honestly believe Zando is falling apart and we should save ourselves this headache and shop elsewhere.
