Poor Service... zero rating

Is Zando even still operating? I am surprised I am not the only one who has not received their orders 6 working days later! when I placed the order they warned about late deliveries averaging 5 working days but it has now been 6 days and they are not answering phone calls and not answering emails!!! this is the frustrating part! I have been buying from Zando for 3 years now and I have always received good service but this black Friday excuse is really frustrating!
