I placed an order on the 23.11.2018 to date its still being processed . This is not the first time I am being subjected to a ****py service by Zando. Months ago I paid for urgent delivery and my shoes were delivered days later., no refund or apology was offered. Your telephone lines are forever busy my order number ********** 77
