Poor Service Lately
Pathetic service. Non responses on email and they neglected to answer the phone. Ordered items more than a week ago. Deduction was made off of my bank account but no product yet. If you want to offer a sale Zando for Cyber Monday, then ensure you can handle the volume!!

20 Dec 2018, 16:35Zando did deliver the package but I ha to intercept the delivery truck at the original dlivery address as my emails that I sent to them regarding to changing the address were never acknowledged. So well done on delivering my order but shocking customer service! I should not have to make contact with the courier.
