Poor service from Zando

So I placed 3 orders on Zando on the 26th of November and was told due to the black Friday events my orders will take a little longer then expected. On the 7th of December i received an email from them that my orders have been shipped and on the 10th of December i received only one of my 3 orders. Tried calling customer service and emailing them the phone rings unanswered they do not reply my emails. Their customer service is very very poor.. And to think that i still have 3 more orders with them that still needs to be delivered makes me angry this was the last time i ordered from them and I would advice others to never ever again purchase something from Zando their customer service is nonexistent..
