POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

To whom it may concern

Please take note that I am VERY UNHAPPY with the late delivery of my order which I placed the 2ND December and was expected to be delivered within 5-7 days due to BLACK FRIDAY… which I still did not receive as the ETA was 9-11 DECEMBER……

THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM ZANDO!

Called customer service and the lame excuse was we had another delay at the warehouse that is why your order has not arrived as yet!

I will put the very same message I sent you now on HELLOPETER just to make sure you understand my frustration.

The result? MAM YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY TUESDAY WHICH I DON’T WANT AND WILL RETURN RIGHT BACK TO YOU GUYS WHO HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE….
