Poor Service Delivery

I ordered a pair of tekkies from Zando via online shopping website on the 4th of Dec 2017 and saw that the product was collected by the couries on the 5th.I received a call from them today after 7 days (2017.12.11) saying that they are unable to deliver my goods since the area where im staying is not covered for cod(Cash On Delivery)as this was the method of payment i chose..This is really bad service since they had amble time to inform me once they saw my delivery address when i ordered so that I cud've made alternative plans to pay for the goods.Their service really sucks and as a first time customer and an potential long time customer i must inform you(Zando) that this was my first and last time im buying from you.Had family members and friends that i've recommended to buy from you guys but will share my experience with them.Really disgusted with you guys since that tekkies was for a specific function.
