Poor service, broken promises

I purchased a pair of shoes from Zando. Shoe came in the wrong size then logged a return. Its been over 3 weeks since I logged my return and I still have not received my bigger shoe size, this is after numerous promises. I just called in now and was told for some reason my reorder was automatically logged by the system and would need to be manually done. which now means i only get the shoes a weeks time. A month since i purchase the original shoe. Pathetic service. Dont buy from Zando
