Poor service

I am very disappointed with one of my orders, first you send socks short of one pair. Arrangement to pick them up for return went through. To bring them back to me You use wrong address,addressing them to the wrong person. I sent you an email immediately when I received shipment notification and the response was that the matter has been resolved. This morning I receive an email that the order was delivered in Pretoria.How do You get one order so messed up? How did You choose Pretoria as an address and decided You nolonger sending them to Bloemfontein? I really will like to know honestly. I'm very disappointed really, You are dropping the standard.
