poor service

ZANDO keep on failing me, I’m very very very disappointed with the service I receive from ZANDO since November last year. I’ve been a longtime Happy Customer with ZANDO for years but things started November last year when they just cancelled my order without my concern and they took time to refund me. Lots of delays, and no communication. I need clarity and my order please.
