Poor service at ZANDO

I placed an order for shoes on 29-11-2019, order number *** and the expected date of delivery was between 6- 10 December 2019. When I called them today, I spoke to Sinikiwe who told me that the shoes are still at the warehouse and there is nothing they can do. This is unacceptable as I need the shoes for Thursday 12 December, for a year-end function.

A huge inconvenience as I have to go shopping for other shoes
