Poor service and workmanship

on the morning of 22 May 2023 was the first attempt to use boots that purchased a year ago. The poor quality of workmanship, the soul on both the boots fell off. The boots was peeling. I emailed customer services and advise there is nothing they can do to assist. Kindly advise how do I attach photos of these damaged hiking boots. If one had to purchase from a retail store and there is an issue. You get good customer services.
