Poor service

I placed an order on the 27th of November 2019. I was advised it should be delivered between the 4th and 6th of December. When I tracked my order it showed the order is being processed not yet shipped. I called the customer services n I was told the case will be escalated and I will be provided feedback via email which did not happen. I called again today 10/12 I’m told the order will take another seven days to be delivered.
