Poor service

I am sadly very disappointed in the service received from Zando. I ordered a boot three weeks ago which came with two different sizes of the same foot. Zando has been 'collecting,' the boot and fixing the order ever since. I have called and emailed and no reply or resolve. I now just want my money back
