Poor Service

Good day,

I ordered online from Zando on Monday 26 November 2018 it has been a week & a half now & still not received my order, as they claim it takes 3-5 working days. There is no response on email & no answer on the telephone number. This is very poor service as there is no communication just a mail everyday that states my order will be shipped shortly.
