POOR SERVICE

I have been given a run around from the 14th October 2019 I placed an order for two items cancelled one made a payment and was asked to send a proof of payment which I did on the 18th and I was told that it has been allocated and I would receive the order by Monday the 21st

I have been calling in and on the 23rd I was told that the delivery will happen on Thursday the 24th When I logged in on the 24th I realised that the item(shoes) was out of stock and I spoke to over 6 people who told me different stories and **** that they would revert back to I have since requested a refund for R339 to be done and I was told that it cannot be done cause the item I out for delivery which again they said it would be received by Friday I called this morning and the consultant insisted that there is a voucher for R289 and later said she will send my request or a refund of R339 to finance to be processed NO ONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST
