Poor returns experience

Purchased a pair of sneakers via the Zando mobile app and used a 20% off promo code. The sneakers are a bit too small, however, Zando does not have an exchange option. So irritating to have an e-Commerce platform and not have that functionality. This means that I would need to return the product, be refunded of the discounted amount and then purchase the item again in the correct size and pay the full retail price. This is a terrible experience!!
