Poor quality/Bad service

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Firstly, the item advertised is not the item I got. It was horrible material and even though I got it bigger, it fit like an extra small. I finally got them to pick this fugly dress up. After months, I receive confirmation, they received the dress and will get back to me. Finally weeks later, I am told they can't refund because the dress smells like smoke???? How? I didn't wear the dress except for trying it on once, which was a joke. I told them fine, keep it, keep my money and let's be done with this. Welllllll.... I just received the same fugly dress today. WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH IT? Do yourself a favour, DO NOT order from this place. What a *******. This all took place in a period of 4 months btw. I don't like writing bad reviews, I really don't but it had to be said
