POOR QUALITY SHOES

so I received a pair of heels as a Christmas gift in December 2017. wore the heels for the 1st time on Thursday guess what the heel broke. complained at zando and im told returns are allowed within 6 months of receipt. wore the shoe for the 1st time and it broke R600 shoe by the way and then im told they cant do anything about it.

Never buy heels from Zando they sell poor quality shoes even Mr Price and Rage sell better quality shoes for a cheaper price.
