Poor Quality Shoes

<p>I was disappointed by my recent purchase from zando (utopia brand). I bought boots, wore them for a day...by end of that day they started to peel. Even the return/collection of the boots wasn't satisfactory as there was no communication from zando or the courier company. I kept hounding both companies until they collected the bad boots.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I can hope for at this moment is that something will be done and that I will get a positive response from zando as my purchase was reported within their 14 day return policy.</p>
