Poor quality items and inconvenient return locations

Received two terrible quality dresses from Zando. Because it was from one of their global stores I even had to pay customs. I decided to request a refund when I received the items however the only options available on the app are for drop-off at either Milnerton or Montague Gardens which is out of my way as I don't own a vehicle. I am now sitting with two dresses setting me back just under R1000 besides the customs.
