Poor quality clothing

This month I purchased 4 of the same turtle neck sweaters. I am an essential worker, an emergency nurse, and I needed something warm to wear under my uniform. I wear the same navy blue uniform daily during this Covid pandemic and therefore ordered 4 Utopia navy turtle necks. When they arrived, I felt that they were not of good quality (and also very short for something that is 'one size fits all') but I was desperate for warmth and could find nothing similar anywhere else. Upon wearing the first one, the label was very scratchy and I had to ask a colleague to cut it out. Then, after just one wash, the sweater now has a hole on the shoulder. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product and I am now stuck with four of them. They have all been washed as I wash everything new due to Covid. I obviously cannot return the items as they are not in their original packaging but I am not prepared to accept such poor quality clothing. Being an emergency nurse, I have no time to go to the shops to look for something similar, which is why I do my shopping online. Please can somebody give me a solution to my issue?
