Poor Quality

Hi . I purchased a long sleeve golf tshirt from Zando for R700 . When the item arrived thing finishing was very poor as the was Cotten hanging from the collar and the button holes . I wore the item once and the stitches on the chest area were comming lose . I mailed customer care last week and still haven't heared a single word from them . I've purchased so many items from them and even got my colleagues to from Zando . It's sad when things go wrong the response is so poor .
