Poor product quality and terrible customer service

Poor product quality and poor customer service. Bought an Adidas Cap from Zando worthy over R500, less than a month it lost colour. I contacted their call center n I was told it's not their problem, I was suppose to follow washing instructions n I asked what washing instructions I did not follow, they said the factory policy does not allow them to disclose such information. In this competitive industry, this kind of customer service is not acceptable! I have had such terrible experience with Zando, late deliveries and now this... I will never shop again nor recommend anyone close to me to shop at Zando, while superbalist.com is doing such an amazing job, very professional and efficient.
