I bought a Jeep Carina Flat Sandals With Ankle Strap about a week and a half ago .

I have only worn it 3 times and found that the outer edging of the inside foot rest is peeling .

I bought the product thinking it is a good brand but seems like the manufacturing of the product is poor which i did not expect this from such a brand .

What aggravates the situation more so is that i logged a complaint last week and Thursday and today no one has ever contacted me , i just received a automated notification.

Which i think is completed impersonal given the factor that its a complaint I am requesting a call back today
