Poor poor service

Hi. I've been been waiting for an item I ordered on the 23rd of November. This online shop is not serious about anything, I called the customer care line but I always more R20 of airtime waiting to speak to a consultant. How can I wait for a delivery this long like I've ordered from abroad? Don't use this shop if u are in a hurry. matter of fact, don't use it if you want your stuff to be delivered.
