Poor planning

I recently recieved a coupon. Since I have a few zandos accounts I used it across my profiles. That seem to be a problem.Zando I don't think it's my fault if you did not locked the coupon to be used on certain profiles. I already used the coupon and purchased things. Now they want to cancel my order and refund me..plan better Zando. I purchase from you regularly and to receive service like this is not on.
