Poor low grade service

<p>I bought ankle boots and requested and order to be return via zando site and it was saying order to be collected on 03/04/2017 still today order hasn't been collected I've been emailing calling no responds on emails and calls i made they promise to fetch the return order nothing has happened I've even got a response regarding my order on when will it be fetched. The only thing they good at is when you purchase they quick to respond but return orders the service is low grade poor. This is a second time experience with Zando. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
