Poor item return service and customer service

I recently ordered a chino slimfit pants from Zando,but it fits like a skinny fit pants.I tried to return it online,but I only got an option for a drop off at Zando warehouse,which is far away from where i stay.I phoned several times without anybody answering the phone.I never had a problem before when i phoned them,or when i returned an item.this new return method is ridiculous and costs as well as time consuming.i tried to chat with Zando online,also without success.Bad service
