Poor delivery service, poor customer service

I placed an order on Zando and it was delivered late, I tried to contact them and they promised my order will be delivered on Monday which then was delivered on Friday later that week. I had another order in progress, which the driver not only didn't want to go where the address was but opted to be met halfway at a local complex (unprofessional). When the order was received, it got home to find it was incomplete. Can Zando please fix this? Because I paid for those sneakers so I expect them to be delivered as in like yesterday
