Poor, Defective Clothing that looks nothing like the website

I purchased 3 dresses from them at a very poor quality, 1 dress tore as soon as I put it on and the other 2 are just as bad quality but they refuse to take it back even though it has never been worn and still has its tags. What should I do with defective items that look nothing their website, I will not be buying from them again!!!
