Poor customer service, total *******!

If you want peace of mind never buy at Zando. They are not reliable at all, and their service is so appalling. I placed an order and paid for it but it was cancelled because I paid "late". I tried to call their call center number but there's no answer, the emails are not responded to. I've been trying to contact them for a week now but I can't get anyone. I'm still trying to retrieve my money. If anyone has alternative means I can use please share.
