Poor Customer Service....

Zandos customer service is by far the worst I have ever encountered, their call centre agents have absolutely no clue what's happening and don't Honour their promises. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on the 10th which according to them have been shipped, two weeks later I am still waiting. I called their courier company and to my surprise my order was never received, so the email that says "your order had been shipped" was a lie... Tried calling the call centre three times might I add, and no one was able to assist me...
