Poor Customer Service

Ayibo guys this you really are disappointing now. I ordered shoes on the 4th of December. Was promised to get them between Thursday and Friday last week. Up until today no call no delivery. The address I used was my work address and we closed now. Your call centre is also a nightmare u kept on hold for hours. Please fix yourselves, lots of people are complaining and you not even saying a word. *** is my order number
