Poor Customer Service

I ordered a pair of sneakers from Zando online, It wasnt a good fit, I logged a return for a refund on the item. They emailed to say that the item would be collected on Monday 9 December 2019 ans it still hasnt been collected!!!! I called the call centre and waited for 8 minutes to speak to a Consultant and they still could not tell me when it would be collected
