Poor communication and refunds taking long

I am very dissapointed in Zandos level of communication. From the time i bought the shoe on 12th, the shoe was small and i had to return it. My shoe was collected on the 18th and i still havent received my refund. Understandably so, whenever i call them no one picks up, then i send emails and theres no replies

Can someone atleast, for the last time that i am using Zando's services, when will i have my money back as monday and tuesday is a public holliday and NEED MY MONEY BEFORE THEN!
