Poor bad service

Hello Peter I bought clothes on line at zando,bodysuit was very small it couldn't evn pass through my head when I try to fit it.i returned it now they are telling me that 5hey cannot refund me because I touched the iteam and it has a bad odour. It small so bad because I smell bad.i also bought all star for my son but they are very big I requested them to refund me i dont know wht the story is,maybe because I touched them as well they have bad odour
